Shipping & Returns


Standard Delivery 

All orders within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post using an express service.

Baz Inc is pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Australia on all orders over $300. For orders under $300 a flat rate of $10 will be charged. Delivery to most addresses can be expected within 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch. 

   

International Delivery

All international deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $30 and have an expected delivery window of 4-10 days for most cities.

Our shipments do not cover any customs duties or taxes which are at the receivers expense. Please check with your relevant customs authority for further information regarding this.

In accordance with Australian export regulations Baz Inc are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

 

Tracking Your Order 

All orders will receive a unique tracking number sent via shipping confirmation email. Progress of the delivery can be monitored using the tracking number and/or link in the email confirmation. All deliveries are made via registered courier and will require signature on delivery. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes, then the customer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.

  

Returns

Baz Inc can facilitate refunds, credit notes or exchanges, provided that the product is returned undamaged, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original condition and packaging. 

All refund and exchange requests and enquiries are to be made to info@bazinc.com.au within 21 days of purchase. Return postage, including costs, is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending via trackable registered post. Please ensure the packaging is secure as we cannot cover items damaged in return transit. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, less shipping costs, within 5 business days of receiving the return. 

  

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of each of our garments. If you are concerned about any possible faulty items please contact us at info@bazinc.com.au so that we can arrange for the garment to be inspected.

Faulty garments will need to be returned in an otherwise original condition.

Once we have received the garment we will assess for any fault and reserve the right to repair or replace. If it is not possible to do this on our part then a full refund or credit will be issued.

Garments damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use or incorrectly washed are not considered by us to be faulty. 

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.
